For the past decade, Jordan has been active in the Greater Boston real estate market. He brings a genuine passion for deal making and is responsible for the firm’s East Coast investment portfolio and financing relationships. He grew up in Northern California and has known Ray and Chris for over 24 years. He resides in Melrose with his wife and three kids.
NATE WALSH
Boston, MA
Nate is the firm’s head of investor relations and operations. Nate has more than a decade of experience in financial services with firms including Goldman Sachs and Janus Henderson. He earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Nate lives in Boston with his wife and daughter. Originally from Denver, Nate is an avid skier and hockey fan.
RAY SAHADEO
Davis, CA
Born in Northern California, Ray has deep expertise in the local real estate markets. Ray has an extensive track record of success having completed more $80MM in successful real estate transactions over the past nineteen years. Ray’s primary role is to find and manage the firm’s West Coast investments and financing relationships. Ray lives in Davis with his wife and son.
CHRIS WILLIAMS

Chris is the firm’s construction management expert. Over the past decade Chris has managed a wide array of projects including production housing, condo rehabs, office and retail tenant improvements, along with the development of land in all stages. Chris is a licensed contractor and real estate broker who resides in of Davis with his wife and three sons.
BEN LAWRANCE
Boston, MA
Ben is our construction management expert on the east coast. Originally from Winchester, MA, he has a deep understanding of the Boston real estate market. Ben has a contractor supervisor license and a real estate license. He has over a decade of experience working with a variety of real estate and development deals, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects. Ben grew up in the trades and has been on sites since he was three.
